Hi, I am Ajay Chopra, a British-born designer carrying over twenty five years in architecture. Raised during London’s booming punk subculture and having lived in New Delhi, I have been keenly aware of culture versus counter-culture and use this experience and perspective to make my architecture, art, and photography significant in daily life.
My architecture firm, Echo Design + Architecture is a is the collection of the cultural, travel, and life experiences, and we approach each project with our unique vision.

I was always inclined to art growing up, even when my artist mother would chastise me coloring on our home’s walls. Although it was only in the last several years that my art was rekindled when I developed a memorial tattoo for my past cat Slippy.
Ever since I have been using pens and hand-inked drawings to capture my imagination, surroundings, pop-culture, far out concepts, and people who inspire me everyday.
I am always excited to share my mind with everyone, one drawing at a time!
